Airport City Denver - Final
Client: Denver International Airport
Objective: Attract global development partners with a video to explain the benefits of investment in airport-adjacent land.
Challenge: Develop a cohesive vision for the strategic development of airport-owned land that benefits adjacent municipalities and their individual development goals.
Result: Two Hundred produced this video which includes 3D modeling, animation, original and acquired assets.
The video helped attract Panasonic USA to purchase a 400-acre parcel on which to build their USA Innovation Center. Denver Mayor Michael B. Hancock said the decision to base the center at the future 61st and Pena Boulevard RTD commuter-rail stop could be "the biggest economic win for the region in years," one projected to have an $82 million annual economic impact for the city.
