Airport City Denver - Final
Panasonic USA HQ Investment and $82M annually for Denver
Client: Denver International Airport
Objective: Attract global development partners
Challenge: Develop a cohesive vision for the strategic development of airport-owned land that benefits adjacent municipalities and their individual development goals.
Result: The video helped attract Panasonic USA to purchase a 400-acre parcel on which to build their USA Innovation Center. Denver Mayor Michael Hancock said the decision to base the center at the future 61st and Pena Boulevard RTD commuter-rail stop could be "the biggest economic win for the region in years," one projected to have an $82 million annual economic impact for the city.
