This 3D model of the I-70 Mountain Corridor is technically-accurate and built from engineering drawings. The view from the river at 01:12 was at the special request of the client and intended to appeal to stakeholders concerned about environmental impacts. Stakeholders were able to visualize how the widening of the tunnel would improve mobility and the detour during construction would maintain movement. This video, and segments of it, have been used on various CDOT projects in this area of Colorado.
